We made it to TV! On August 30th, Freewyld had the incredible honor of being featured on CBS LA Channel 9’s Staycation “Palm Springs Paradise” episode, showcasing our unique desert retreat to viewers across Los Angeles and beyond.

Our Signature Cabins: The cameras captured the thoughtful design of our accommodations, including the fan-favorite vintage SM bridge in our Juniper cabin. Each of our four cabins – Juniper, Black Mountain, Coulter Pine, and Ursus – tells its own story through locally-inspired design elements.
Wyld Mode Experience: Perhaps the most memorable moment was introducing the host to our “Wyld Box,” our signature phone-free experience that helps guests truly disconnect and embrace what we call “Wyld Mode.” Watching him reluctantly but willingly lock away his phone perfectly captured the transformation our guests experience.
Stargazing Net: The segment beautifully showcased our custom stargazing net, where guests can lay back and marvel at the unpolluted desert sky. The host’s genuine amazement at this simple yet profound amenity reminded us why we built Freewyld in the first place.
