Freewyld is a lifestyle brand surrounded by short-term rental properties. We focus on bringing elevated cabin experiences to travelers that are looking to reconnect with themselves, disconnect from the digital world, disconnect from it all. We want to bring a brand that inspires that, and we do that through design-forward short-term rental properties. Properties that are accessible, and are just far enough for the everyday traveler that lives in metro areas around the country.

The whole idea is the moment that you walk into a Freewyld property, the experience of being in Freewyld just takes over. And we’re in that moment of just being in awe of the design, being in awe of the details we bring into the properties, being inspired by the interior design, being inspired by the properties, and being inspired by the nature that we’re in.

The business model is focusing on acquiring old vacation rental communities. There’s a huge opportunity in the short-term rental space right now to find these old vacation rental communities. These are old cabin communities that are in the mountains. Boutique hotels, campgrounds. These are what I say is the old way, the traditional way of running vacation rental properties. They have the infrastructure, they have the units, they have the elements that we connect to that remind us of being a kid and going camping, or going to the mountains and staying in an old cabin.

But really nowadays, the travelers experience and demand for what they’re looking for, they’re just more educated in what they’re looking for, and they’re seeking an elevated experience. So as the business model of Freewyld, we will be focusing on acquiring these old vacation rental communities, taking over the property, taking over the business, and through our brand, through our design, and our world class operations, we’ll be turning those into modern short-term rental experiences.

But not too modern. We’re not looking to bring you into today 100 percent. We want to have those elements that remind you of being in the mountains, the rustic feelings, those moments that you absolutely love. We want those there, but we will also be bringing in the experience of what guests are looking for, and those elements are very simple for us to implement.

So this is the brand of Freewyld. It is helping the everyday traveler disconnect and reconnect to what matters, helping them create more moments that matter for them and their family and friends. We have very specific locations that we’re looking for, and very specific properties. So we’re excited to potentially work with you on helping us expand this model, taking over more of these old vacation rental communities and converting them to modern short-term rental Freewyld experiences.
