Who We’re Looking For:


We are hiring a Revenue Manager to take charge of revenue optimization for 10+ client portfolios. This person will be responsible for pricing strategies, analytics, and market trends to drive significant revenue increases for our clients.


This is an elite-level role for someone with a strong background in revenue management, data analysis, and hospitality (preferably short-term rentals). The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, proactive leader, and relentless optimizer who delivers real financial impact through pricing strategies.




Key Responsibilities:


Revenue & Pricing Management

  • Implement and continuously optimize dynamic pricing strategies for 10+ clients.
  • Adjust nightly rates daily based on market trends, demand fluctuations, and competitor pricing.
  • Track and analyze RevPAR, ADR, occupancy rates, and other key performance indicators.
  • Utilize PriceLabs, Wheelhouse, and other dynamic pricing tools to maximize revenue.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

Client Consulting & Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client revenue performance.
  • Lead weekly strategy calls with clients to discuss performance and revenue optimizations.
  • Proactively identify and solve revenue bottlenecks in client portfolios.
  • Maintain daily communication with clients via Slack and email.

Market Research & Strategy Development

  • Analyze booking patterns, demand fluctuations, and regional trends.
  • Monitor competitor pricing and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Test and implement new revenue strategies, leveraging historical data and forecasting.
  • Develop insights and recommendations to improve revenue streams across all properties.

Sales & Onboarding

  • Assist in analyzing new client portfolios before onboarding.
  • Oversee the setup of PriceLabs and pricing systems for new clients.
  • Host onboarding calls with new clients, ensuring a smooth transition into our systems.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to assess and onboard high-quality clients.



What We’re Looking For


Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in revenue management, hospitality, or short-term rental pricing.
  • Proven experience managing dynamic pricing for hotels, airlines, or short-term rentals.
  • Deep knowledge of pricing software (PriceLabs, Wheelhouse, or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills—must be comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and dashboards.
  • Exceptional client communication skills—this is a client-facing role.
  • Strategic thinker who can align pricing with broader business goals.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client accounts.
  • Growth-minded and adaptable—we are scaling fast, and you must be comfortable in a dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable working EST hours and meeting client needs proactively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, data analytics, or hospitality management.
  • Experience managing 20+ short-term rental units in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong understanding of OTA algorithms (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com).
  • Experience with Google Sheets, ClickUp, ActiveCampaign, Slack, and other workflow tools.

Compensation: $60K-$75K, depending on experience
