Who We’re Looking For:


We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and proactive Revenue Manager Assistant to support our revenue management team. This role is critical in maintaining pricing strategies, data entry, managing client accounts, and handling key operational tasks.


You will be responsible for executing revenue-related processes, organizing financial and pricing data, supporting client onboarding, and ensuring the seamless operation of revenue systems. You must be comfortable with numbers, highly organized, and able to work with pricing software and spreadsheets at an advanced level.


This is a long-term position with significant growth opportunities for high performers who want to develop deep expertise in revenue management and short-term rental operations.





Key Responsibilities:


Revenue & Pricing Management Support

  • Set up, manage, and optimize client accounts in Pricelabs and OTA pricing platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, etc.).
  • Monitor and apply custom pricing promotions, such as Airbnb Custom Promotions, discount structures, and seasonal rate adjustments.
  • Maintain internal revenue tracking spreadsheets to monitor performance trends, occupancy rates, and pricing adjustments.
  • Research and analyze pricing trends, competitor rates, and market conditions to enhance revenue strategies.
  • Ensure pricing accuracy and consistency across multiple OTA platforms.

Operations & Reporting

  • Manage and organize client call recordings, tracking key takeaways and follow-up action items.
  • Maintain and update client revenue performance reports, tracking KPIs and ensuring accurate data input.
  • Generate and send weekly and monthly client/owner reports, including revenue projections and pricing adjustments.
  • Manage the Revenue & Pricing Management (RPM) Learning Center, keeping training documents, SOPs, and tools updated.

Client Onboarding & Administrative Support

  • Set up and organize client resources in Google Drive and Slack to ensure smooth onboarding and communication.
  • Maintain a structured unit database for all managed properties, ensuring accurate data entry and organization.
  • Assist in building and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for revenue management processes.



What We’re Looking For


We are looking for an A-player who is passionate about hospitality, short-term rentals, and revenue optimization. The ideal candidate:

  • Has experience in revenue management, hospitality, or short-term rental pricing. Prior experience with Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and Pricelabs is a strong plus.

  • Is proficient in Excel/Google Sheets. You understand formulas, data analysis, and tracking KPIs.
  • Has exceptional organizational skills and follows through on tasks. You can manage multiple projects without dropping the ball.
  • Speaks and writes in excellent English. You will be communicating with clients and team members daily.
  • Is proactive and takes initiative. You don’t wait for instructions; you anticipate needs and act accordingly.
  • Is trustworthy and reliable. You will have access to sensitive financial and business data.

Compensation & Benefits: 

  • Salary: $1,800 – $3,000/month (based on experience and results).
  • Performance-based raises and bonuses for high performers.

  • Remote position with flexible work hours, but must be available during PST/EST business hours.
